# Session

> Structure of the session object returned when an authorization token is issued

The `session` object describes a user session. It is returned by the
[`user/session/auth-token`](/en/exode-api/school/user/session/auth-token) method.

  Private fields (IP, geolocation, user agent, FCM token) are not returned in the public schema.

## `session` fields

<ResponseField name="token" type="string" required>Session token used to authorize the user.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="alive" type="boolean" required>The session is active (not ended).</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="isOnline" type="boolean" required>The user is currently online in this session.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="launcher" type="string" required>Session launch source.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="appLocation" type="string | null">Current location in the app.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="appLocationParams" type="object">Location parameters (arbitrary object).</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="appVersion" type="string | null">App version.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="language" type="enum | null">Language: `Ru`, `Uz`, `En`, `Qa`.</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="timezone" type="integer | null">Time zone (offset from UTC in hours).</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="lastActivityAt" type="string | null">Last activity (ISO 8601).</ResponseField>
<ResponseField name="expireAt" type="string | null">Session expiration date (ISO 8601).</ResponseField>
