The certificate object describes a personal certificate issued to a user for completing a course. It is returned by the certificate/list method and arrives in the CertificateIssued webhook. A certificate is issued automatically when a course is completed, if issuing is enabled in the course settings and a template is selected. Certificates are not reissued: each “user + course” pair has at most one certificate.
